Fantasy Fiction

California – Present Day and Somewhere Else…

The perfect suburban wife, in the perfect suburban town, Samantha just knew she didn’t belong here. This Stepford existence couldn’t possibly be her real life? When the sexy milkman, Corydonais, warns Samantha to wake up before it’s too late, she knows that somehow, some way, her real life has been taken away, and Matthew, the man she calls husband, isn’t her husband at all and her children are really evil demons.

Who is Samantha, and how can she escape from the unreality she is currently living? Only Corydonais can help her, but only after she figures out a way to escape.

Corydonais is one of the Fey (don’t call them Fairies; they really don’t like it); he’s also a shape shifter and leader of the Storm Ravens who are responsible for tracking down rogue fey.

Once Sam escapes from her prison in suburbia, she and Cor, along with the Storm Ravens, team up to search for Matthew and his wicked mother to stop their evil plans.

BEDLAM, BATH AND BEYOND is a fresh story filled with humor. The premise is unique and the action is non-stop. Samantha is a smart, sassy woman with a mind of her own and is well able to take care of herself...in most circumstances. However, when dealing with Fey magic, having the handsome Corydonais by her side certainly doesn’t hurt. Corydonais is a man, er fairy… umm, well …(you know what I mean) dedicated to his job and to keeping the humans safe from the evil fey. He’s also sexy and fun loving, when he’s not being bossy and superior. The chemistry between Samantha and Cor sizzles, though neither wants to admit it. Secondary characters include Sam’s zany mother, Cor’s unpredictable younger sister, Nikki, and the conspiracy of Storm Ravens under Cor.

With a beginning that is a bit on the spooky side to the ending which is heartwarming and satisfying, BEDLAM, BATH AND BEYOND is a fun start to what promises to be an interesting series.
