Erotic Historical Romance

London – 1783

Phoebe Scott, an actress who goes by the stage name of Kitty Willis, is down on her luck when the theater closes. With no income in sight, she decides to seek out a wealthy nobleman to support and protect her. To do this, she attends a private party where masked men (and women) seek out the erotic pleasures of the night. Phoebe's goal is to attract the attention of Viscount Ludovic DeVere and seduce him. With his debauched reputation, that shouldn't be hard to do. But when Phoebe arrives, in the guise of Kitty, it's Sir Edward “Ned” Chambers who grabs her attention.

Ned is dubbed “Dull Dog Ned” by his dear friend DeVere, but while the widower dismisses the chiding, he can't deny that he hasn't seen any action since his beloved wife died three years before. But running into Kitty, he's suddenly obsessed with making sure she doesn't get involved with DeVere or any of the other men there seeking women for pleasure. How can Ned explain his feelings toward Kitty when he's not even sure himself?

A fun, rollicking tale set in the Georgian era, A WILD NIGHT'S BRIDE is about a man and a woman seeking answers to their future and discovering they're on the same path. Ned hasn't had any interest in any particular woman, so isn't really looking to hook up at the party with someone despite all the available choices. But one glance at Kitty/Phoebe, and he's captivated by her beauty and sassiness. Ned is well aware of DeVere's reputation, and he wants to protect her from the man, and instead it leads her right into his own arms.

Phoebe is no blushing virgin, yet she feels almost like a novice in the act of sex. Giving up her body to a man isn't her idea of a good time, yet she literally comes apart when Ned touches her intimately. He may have had a bit too much to drink, but when morning comes, will Ned remember their night together and think of her in fondest terms? Will Phoebe get the financial support she needs?

While A WILD NIGHT'S BRIDE is dubbed an erotic romance, there isn't oodles of sex in this tale. Instead, readers are treated to plenty of interaction between Ned and Phoebe. She has her secrets, while he has to give up mourning his wife and look to the future. Will they confide in each other? Find out for yourself in the saucy, fun tale.
