Southern California – Present Day

Ten years ago, Angie Han and Joshua Shin were in love, but her father forced her to break things off. Angie never told Joshua the truth as to why she ended things, so his feelings for her are ones of anger and resentment. One night while attending a gala in place of his grandfather, Joshua is shocked to discover that Angie and her sisters will be performing. He knows that they are a popular up-and-coming classical music act, but he didn’t know that she would be there. He tries to be discreet in hopes that Angie won’t spot him—but she does. The old desires for her bubble up inside him. To his surprise, she approaches him and lets him know that she knows his secret. Joshua is the secret composer, A.S.

Angie needs Joshua’s help. Or rather, the help of A.S. The chamber music association is in dire financial straits and needs an influx of cash. She promises to keep his secret about A.S. if he agrees to compose new music for her group that they can play at a benefit. Joshua needs the secret not to be revealed because he’s currently vying for the CEO job at his family’s company. If the board of directors thought he was involved in things other than the company, they might reject his opportunity. Joshua agrees to help Angie, which means they will be spending some time together. Their old attraction sparks to life. Will they get a second chance at love?

It’s a reunion of former lovers in A SONG OF SECRETS. Young and in love, Joshua and Angie had pressure from their families to put family first. In the end, it broke them up and they moved on. But they’ve never forgotten each other. Now they get a second chance to try again. With Angie at the cello, she and her sisters have built a promising young career with their musical trio. But landing a special song from the mysterious A.S. will put them and the chamber association they play on the map. At first, Joshua wants to turn her down because realizes there are unresolved feelings for her, though he does want to help her. It doesn’t take long before they’re kissing…and doing much more.

Despite the years that have elapsed since they’ve been apart, Joshua and Angie still feel the outside pressures of their families. His grandfather falls ill and enters the hospital. It’s Angie who stays by his side and helps the two men get through his illness. Joshua soon realizes that he’s falling for her again—just as she does. But will his secret life, even though she knows about it, break them up? His first priority is getting the CEO job. Can they make things work for another go at trying to find a future together?

A beautiful and enjoyable tale with plenty of sizzling love scenes, don’t miss A SONG OF SECRETS.
