Texas – Present Day First-year medical resident Grace Rose knows she will have to work hard for the next four years if she wants to become a doctor. This tale is about the medical residency program and takes place over many months. We learn a lot about Grace and Julian’s backgrounds and the struggles they’ve had over the years.
